Our Vision
Carmela Valles Immigration Consulting was established in July 2009. Its formation came in the heels of the Peterborough Partnership Council on Immigrant Integration (PPCII) now known as the Peterborough Immigration Partnership (PIP)
Carmela Valles Immigration Consulting believes that new Canadians play a crucial role in our community’s social and economic future. Peterborough, Victoria and Northumberland Counties can benefit from the talents, skills, and world experiences our newcomer families bring to the area. Newcomer families in most part chose to come to this region for important reasons like joining family members and community sponsors who are already here, for work, to study and / or to start a business.
We support programs and services that ease the settlement and integration process of our clients. We work in collaboration with community organizations, school boards, post secondary institutions and employers to help our clients navigate our region’s systems and resources.
